I wanted to place before the public the results of my due diligence regarding Linda Christas. I had some trouble finding the people and certificates involved, but when I did, I was very surprised with the results. I expected to discover the bad guys. Instead, I found some need to know information that anybody wanting to have their child taught or counseled by Linda Christas personnel should be award of.

So here is what I found out:

BBB California - There was one complaint from a Southern woman who didn't like the name of the School. She had never used their service but wanted to register a complaint anyway because she thought the name was too religious (??????). There was also one complaint from a guy who decided after ordering the School to hire someone to present him a course that he didn't want to pay for it after all, even though Linda Chrsitas had evidently advanced money from it's account in good faith. Incredibly, Linda Christas not only reimbursed his money, but paid the teacher as well. In other words, as I understood the situation, the man asked that Linda Christas retain the services of a professor for him, they paid the professor, and then the man, basically said, NEVERMIND, I've changed my mind. No other BBB complaints in fifteen years. I found that particularly impressive, since some of the brand name companies and schools have cart loads of complaints registered against them, especially in California.

Linda Christas Advisory Committee shown at lindachristas.org. I checked with only two of these people and they had nothing but sincere praise for Linda Christas. I tend to give more credence to these people because they aren't being paid to support Linda Christas. For me, that's the best kind of endorsement.

Academic Dean: State of California master teaching credential number 30568 - In good standing with the State for 35 years.

in which a single person from a single machine attempted to pretend to be multiple people in order to swing the debate. Serious questions as to the legitimacy of this group haven't been answered.

Note that the above posts contain no information on how to independently verify claims without going through Christas.
