2009 Meet & Greet Locations
I just wanted to start polling for places. So far on the list we have Houston, Minneapolis, and New York. We plan to hold a local Bay Area M&G as well. Nothing is finalized, so suggestions are welcome.

Somewhere in the South...Atlanta, Charlotte, or Raleigh.

Coming back to Seattle works for me, or if you could do Minneapolis in mid to late August, I'll be in the area :)

I'll go if you go!
If you twist my arm (or offer me a peanut butter sandwich) I could be talked into attending a NY M&G.

Yes. And your point?
Seriously, Orlando is not nearly the same thing as Miami.

My point was simply... didn't you guys already have a Florida M&G? I've never been to FL and have no clue how close/far Orlando and Miami are.
Seems to me that there are many areas in the country where a M&G would be well-received. Though I want to see one in NYC, I wouldn't be upset if it didn't happen b/c my understanding is that there already was one in the past few years. |

New York & Orlando
Well, we are already planning on being in Orlando the last week of April. I don't know if I would be allowed to ditch the family for a day, nor do I know that I would really want to - it's a vacation, ya know?
New York is a possibility. I haven't been back since we moved and really have no desire to do so. Maybe I could unleash the family on the Big Apple, tho, if I could get an employee rate room. It all depends on how early I know about it.

Not that I'm pushin' an Orlando M & G but I'll be there April 17-25.

The list found here...
...
The list found here will let everyone start from the same point in knowing when and where previous meet-n-greets have been held.
The map here will help you put all the cities into a spatial relationship with the others.

So essentially you are saying that we should have a Meet and Greet in the Minneapolis/St Paul area? :) Or maybe Salt Lake City?
Spatial relationship is kinda interesting but doesn't necessarily relate to how many Epinions members are at a given place.
:) The West is odd because the towns are so far apart. I mean Six Flags brags that they have one everywhere but they only sorta have one in the Northwest (I believe a local park was bought by them but am not sure it counts).

It is a map Ander. It is a list.
Combine them in your fertile imagination as you like.
If you want to propose a place based on your perception of Eps member-density go for it. And I do not mean their ability to understand or interpret message board posts.
