I can't believe the number of stores that sell toys for kids that don't list the correct age range for the product. This has happened twice recently. The last time was with Right Start which lists a xylophone as appropriate for 6 months and up. When it came, she nearly impaled herself with the hammer which prompted me to check the box.

I know I shouldn't open the box without double checking this info, but I'm just so surprised at how often this happens. I would review the store here on epinions, but I didn't order online. The error was listed in the catalog.

Sheesh.

I know what you mean. All the Potato Heads I get are listed for age 2+. Sometimes I wear a disguise when I buy one.
