best price atvs

I recently tried to buy my kid a 4wheeler for Christmas. I looked around online and found a place in Dallas, since I was in the area, I thought I'd go there and take a look. They looked ok, the price was good, so I went home and bought it online. They told me it would ship out at the end of the week... so at the end of the week...... no 4 wheeler, I tried to call and couldn't get through, so I kept calling back, but got nothing more than a very rude girl answering the phone. I finally got through to some guy who said he was the owner's dad and that he was in Florida, but that if I was in the Dallas area... go ahead and go see his son the next morning and he was sure he would help me... So guess what, I went in on Saturday morning, asked to speak to TERRY (the owner) and after three different people told him someone wanted to talk to him... he came out and was all huffy, folded his arms and said "I don't have time for this, I lose about 300 calls a day and don't have time to deal with you, so what do you want?" He didn't even know if maybe I just wanted to buy something or what. So I told him I had bought a 4wheeler but wanted to cancel my order. He came out 3 different times as I talked to another customer in his warehouse who told me that he'd been the same way with him. Every time he walked out, he talked a little more trash about how he makes 200 sales a day and loses ONE. It's no big deal. I told him I'd make a complaint with the BBB but he said he didnt care since no money had been exchanged. (I ordered, but they still hadn't billed) This guy then came out the last time to tell me that I'd ordered online and that if I ordered another, they would go through him. So this guy had time to walk out there and be rude 3 times, but didnt have time to find out why I was there in the first place ??? What a joke. Anyway... do NOT buy anything from this place. I did some more checking after I left there, found another place in Oklahoma, they were awesome over the phone, I got straight through and they said they DO NOT USE bestpriceATVS.com at all. So if you truly want to buy your kid a 4wheeler or anything else... go to WWW.MOTORXTREMES.COM they were awesome and extremely helpful. Very customer friendly and they can help you with anything that JERK can, accept... they're nice about it.

Wrong Topic

This is the topic to discuss road bikes, not ATVs or online stores for ATVs. I looked a bit to see if I could find a review topic for the store in question, but it's not here on Epinions. You should write to the Category Leads for Online Stores & Services and request that website be added to the database. You can then write up a review of your experiences with that company.
