My opinion about Mvelopes
I think the COO is trying to help everyone he can. He obviously feels very confident about the product, the policies, etc. as he has given this direct number for anyone here to call at any time.
There is also the fact that he has offered one of the members here to do what he can to insure that one single customers satisfaction. That says alot to me. Alot of good. That says to me that he cares about the people that may be/ are interested in improving their financial state, and that he feels very strongly about the success rate of the customers they have.
I use Mvelopes myself, and I am incredibly happy with the service. Also, all of my technical issues have been handled very quickly and efficiently. I have also DRASTICALLY improved my financial state. I could NEVER be where I am today without using Mvelopes. With what I have done with Mvelopes in the year and half I've been using it, I've saved at least three times more than I ever thought I could. I love the fact that every update they make to the application is free for me, (I don't have to pay for product improvements) and is done automatically.
Also, I love the integrated Bill Pay feature they just released. It's so much more convenient. I don't need to log in more than once now. As a mother, the time saved from that is absolutely priceless. Plus, it adds my bills as pending for me, I don't have to do that anymore. It takes me 5 minutes a day to look at my financial state. That leaves the time I have away from work for my kids.
I highly recommend this service. I personally feel that if you do not read what you are agreeing to, you are asking to be "taken advantage of". I don't feel like the business and their policy is the problem, the problem that I'm seeing here is this: Why would someone provide their credit card information and not read about how and when they are going to get billed on that card in the first place? |
