I have been a loyal customer at Chase for at least 10 years. A few months ago, I called with a dispute about some charges. They refused to reverse those charges, for the first time ever. Before then, they were always willing to work with me on any and every issue I've ever had until the day I closed my accounts. Once I did that, I was dead to them, worthless, a nothing, and they have continued to punish me every month since. This month they have fraudulently charged me with a late fee that is incorrect, not to mention an over-limit fee, which was only due to the post of the late fee. That is criminal, and I fully intend to take this case as far as it will go. I'm about to make some big legal decisions and I was wondering if anyone else felt the same way. If a class action suit is possible would anyone care to join me in my efforts to stop their criminal activity against loyal, law-abiding citizens??? They have caused me mental anguish as well as financial problems. Please don't sit back and let them do this to you or anyone else you know. Also, if anyone has any advice or experience, please let me know. I would like to handle this as proficiently as possible. Its the worst thing you could ever do with your money!!!
