911 Health Shop

I ordered from them and when I checked 5 days later to see if my order had been shipped it said it was on hold. I called the company to find out why it hadn't been shipped and they said the hold up was because of a coupon I used. I used a coupon from a coupon site that gave me 5% off of $25.00.The expiration date is Dec. 31 2006 which is not expired. It took my coupon when I put in the code and deducted the 5% off. There are several coupon sites that are offering this same coupon.911 Health Shop has refused to honor the coupon and held up my order without even emailing me to let me know what they were doing. Customer service was not helpful at all.They would not ship unless I agreed to forget about the coupon.I will never order from them again even though their prices are good.

I ordered buffered aspirin for my dog (Mid Jan. 06). It arrived (last week) and upon checking the bottle I saw it had an expiration date of April 06. When I called they told me that the manufacturer says it is good for two years after the expiration date. I told them that the consumer only has the expiration date to go by and not what the manufacturer says. They insisted the medication was good. I requested a refund and returned the product. Not a good experience. If the product is good for two years after the expiration date, then it should show the expiration date as two years later. The product was not fresh and should not be sold.

Delivery speed good. Order accuracy good. overall satisfaction with this product is excellent. However seller is overcharging by about $20.00 per can. I found it cheaper (much) in 2-3 other locations. As low as $76.95 in two separate places.
