It seems that maybe additional staff needs to be hired. I had a lot of trouble getting any kind of response from voice mail or e-mail. My order simply wasn't shipped. The first phone call went well and the man I spoke to said he would over night it. I stayed home all day waiting. That means I was not in the office, as deliveries cannot be made to our location. The package never came. I called many times after and could get no one. Another problem is that you have no one available for your east coast customers. We have to wait for you. In our business, we have people available for all US time zones. Good luck. I'm telling you this in hopes it helps. Price is not everything. I would have rather paid the extra $20 somewhere else to have my software on time. I missed a week of production. Read more
