I am very happy with Vitamaker. My order was processed and received in about a week and the product actually works. I ordered the product about 3 weeks ago and am actually ordering more of the product at this time. If this service continues they will have a long standing customer in myself. I plan to continue ordering from Vitamaker in the future.

I've been shopping with Vitamaker.com since July of 2006 and have been thrilled with their user friendly site, professionalism and speediness of delivery! I've found a good thing with this company, and plan to stick with them for a long long time. You should check them out, I know you'll be pleased.

I am blown away by the sheer lack of customer service... the product I ordered was NOT listed as "out of stock", but four days after it was supposed to arrive I finally get an email stating that they would be happy to replace what I ordered with a different product that was exactly the same... nevermind that the quantity was half of what I had originally ordered. When I replied to the email to question what they would be sending me, the reply was "your order is cancel", with no further explanation. I find it remarkable that Vitamaker.com is a successful company with such an apparent lack of interest in selling their products.

Great pricing, but: order placed 5/5. Email received 5/9 at 7:23pm stating item was not in stock and to reply within 24hrs to cancel or wait. I replied 5/10 at 12:38pm, which is 17hrs and 15minutes later with one word instruction: cancel. No reply, and then sent the order anyway. Thus, the ease of purchase and customer service is poor.

The item I purchased was well described on-line, and questions I had about the item were clearly and promptly answered. The purchase was simple and the item was shipped shortly after payment was made. The item arrived even sooner than I expected and was as described on-line. Overall, I am very satisfied with the transaction.

Everything about VitaMaker was GREAT!! Their website was easy to use. Delivery was phenomenal especially since I live In Hawaii(shipment arrived sooner than was expected!!). E-Mail confirmation of order, easy tracking, product in stock(as stated on the website)and delivered as ordered made this a GREAT 1st time experience. Highly recommended!!

When I finally got an anwser he said they where sending out my order immediatly,  still waiting      Called back today after 15 minutes someone finally anwsered and she said my order was canceled and credit was put back on my card
, I should seea credit within 3- 5 business days..... Gets better people after that call, tonight I recieved an e-mail that my product  shipped out today .... LOL  so what is it, product coming  or getting money back   I can only stay tuned
