Pros: Advanced ink feed system; easy to use and see ink.
Cons: not good on glossy paper.
The Bottom Line: Buy it! I keep getting these pens because they are much better than the average ball point stick pen.

| jkhatfsu's Full Review: Pilot Pen Precise V7 Rolling Ball 35349 Blue Fine ... |
As an attorney, I often have to jot notes quickly while others are talking. The Pilot Precise v7 lives up to its name -- its is precise, writes smoothly, and needs little effort to produce clean, clear lines. It is participularly useful for editing documents and the ink shows up distinctively on signed forms. The pointed tip fits my writing style and helps me create more readible notes.
Pilot offers 7 different colors for the Pilot Precise V7. All Precise V7s are made in Japan and features:
1) Unique liquid ink formula maintains consistent flowing strokes from first word to last 2)Advanced Ink Feed System for smooth, skip-free writing 3) Patented Needle Point Technology 4) Visible ink supply lets you see how much ink is left
While I love the way the ink flows effortlessly onto paper, the V7 is not very good on glossy finish papers or for signing the back of credit cards. In those uses, the ink tends to not dry well (since it does not absorb into the paper) and smear.
In my opinion, the pen is best suited for use on plain, non-glossy paper. You can find Pilot V7s in packs of 12 or in smaller packages of just a few pens. While the pens are more expensive than the typical ballpoint, I find that it is well worth the money to have the consistent advanced ink feed system. No more rubbing a dryed out ball point to get ink flow! This pen writes smoothly at the outset.
