The Boiler Room is an interesting movie with a horrible ending. The Movie starts out with the main character named Seth. Seth is running an illegal casino from his house and quits college. When his father finds out (who is a judge), he makes Seth feel as if he was not a part of the family. So Seth only wants his father to be proud of him. Then one day a old friend of Seth’s' comes over for a card game and tells Seth to go for an interview at this company. At this company they tell them that they will become a millionaire within the first three years of employment at this firm. First they must work as a trainee and after they become Super seven certified then they start to make their own sales. The catch to this easy money making is that they are selling stocks for companies that do not exist. While all of this is taking place, Seth is under surveillance by the FBI because he is the smartest one of the trainees and he knows what he is doing. After he becomes a certified stockbroker, his father becomes proud of him but is still angry that he had an illegal casino. Finally his father is happy that he is doing something right in his life so invests in this company that he is selling fake stocks for. Within the last few minutes of the movie he is caught by the FBI then forced to obtain all of his files from work in order to get away freely. He also informs his friend Chris, which does not believe him and therefore is arrested. The end of this movie is when Seth is driving away from his building and the FBI is going to raid the place. I thought this was a great movie but the end was horrible. Don’t take my word for it, go see it for yourself. horrible ending
