Pros: Not much pro here.  It could have been worse, I guess.

Pros: I got a good belly laugh watching my brother try to master the machine.
Cons: Takes up space.
Cheap material.
Doesn't push your heart rate or offer any strength training.

I am so disappointed with this piece of equipment that I cannot even bring myself to write a detailed review of this waste of cheap plastic and metal.
It is a swing for you feet. Nothing more, nothing less.
I tried to stay on it for over an hour and didn't break a sweat or raise my heart rate.
