Pros: Workmanship, value for the dollar, quality materials, reliability, handling, utility, comfort and versatility.
Cons: Absolutely none, except maybe that unique off white color.
One of the smoothest riding boats I have ever had. Great for lakes and the Ocean. Can get into and out of shallow water with ease. Handles like a dream on the ocean. The Yamaha engine is almost silent. Cuts through deep waves, yet rides like silk in smooth water. The workmen ship is better than even my old. Just big enough to sleep two adults and a child comfortable. Yet nimble and small enough that you don't fill like you are steering the USS J.F. Kennedy. My family will need to bury me in this boat before I sell it. Everyone should try one at least once. Great for fishing, diving, pulling the kids on the tube and even better for bass or open sea fishing. No other boat compares. I know I have owned just about all of them. Love that 2002 228G.
