Pros: Easy cleanup. Great variety. Cons: High price
I started with this basic set after seeing a demo at a county fair in
Calif. I was amazed when the salesman put the chicken and veggies in
a dry skillet, put the lid on and left it for 20 minutes. Afterwards
he gave everyone samples of...
Pros: Nice even cooking, food never burns, easy clean-up, fast boiling time. Cons: High price, but worth it!
My husband and I were at a home and garden show and stopped by the table where these were being sold. The salesperson was going to show the people there how the pans cooked and of course, we got to eat the cooked food! The salesperson had an electric...
Pros: easy cleanup, superb construction, brass bushings to prevent stripping on the handles Cons: high cost for entire set but is ultimately worth it, only located in Tampa, FL
This is truly the last set of cookware that you will ever buy. My wife and I were attending a county fair in New York.
There was a demonstration being presented about a cookware set called Health Craft. We sat through the demonstration and found...
Pros: Even cooking, more healthy, better tasting Cons: none
Actually, I'm writing about Cutco's 5-ply cookware, but it's basically the same thing. It's hard to believe that more people haven't written comments about this, if you care AT ALL about cooking you can't live without these. Anyone who say anything...
Pros: I love the cookware to prepare meals Cons: It is more expensive than regular cookware
I like Health craft cookware because it is sturdy, it's heavy and it's stainless steel. You can cook deliciously steamed vegetables without adding any water to it.When using this cookware to cook rice, it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. I love...
Pros: Healthy cooking! Cons: Would like to see a deeper " frying " pan.
I think this was a great idea no oil,no water, to cook! That's what I have been looking for! I usually don't fry any thing. This cookware is made for the healthy eaters. I find that If you heat the cookware up properly nothing sticks and and it's simple ...
Pros: Waterless! Need I say more? Easy clean up too. Life time Gaurantee! I love it. Cons:
A bit pricey.Life time gaurantee makes it worth it and the health of it too.
My husband and I attend the Home and Garden shows held in our County every year. The first time we attended we saw a complete demenstration on the Health Craft Cookware where the guy used a very cool slicing device that attaches to the counter with ...
Pros: Much healthier food,
Lifetime Guarantee that goes with cookware,
Works on any type stove Cons: Takes a bit of getting used to,
Not as easy to clean as nonstick
I purchased the complete set of Healthcraft Cookware from a demonstration at the state Fair in Albuquerque NM in 2004. I took advantage of their payment plan and have been very pleased. I cant understand how people are having problems unless their ...
Health Craft Cookware beware by lorie_ly ,Mar 26 '04
Pros: No oil required cooking and good taste to food Cons: hard to clean and handles not good on gas stoves.
I bought this 4 years ago when I had an electric stove. It worked just as in the demonstration but it was much harder to clean. I had to use BarKeepers Helper metal scrubber every time to get the same shine the salesman got. Vinegar only works so so. I'm now cooking on gas and its burning the handles. They are crumbling into black particles. I have the white gold ones. If I had been aware at the time of the demonstration of these problems I would not have bought the product.
The BEST...and I have a gas range by jamikell ,Jan 04 '06
Pros: EASY cleanup, a nylon scraper like Pampered Chef's has always done the job for me. Cons: $$$$ ( but worth it, every cent)
The reviewers who complain about crumbling handles are ABUSING their cookware! It is not meant for high high flames, but can withstand oven temp to 350. The heat conduction allows for even cooking on lower temperatures. Though when I first got my set 3 years ago, I wasn't used to it and repeatedly used a high flame for boiling water, the underside of the handle feels less smooth because of that. Once I learned that high flames were unecessary, I began to love my set! I have them all on a potrack over my kitchen island, and...the covers stored upside down in each piece! It's weird, I remembered the demo guy did that and I thought it would be unstable, it can swing and still stay put! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SET! I have the basic, gourmet, and commercial sets. I want more, but they are pricey.
Not Worth the Price You Pay! by soccerhead ,Oct 06 '05
Pros: Water Vapor seal is cool. Cons: Cons are much greater than pros. stay away from these Health Craft.
I recently bought a $1500 set from Health Craft from a rep at a County Fair in Northern California. It took 3 weeks for the set to get to me. We cooked two dozen meals and
came to the quick conclusion that these pans were no better than a a nice set of pans from Macy's. The rep had said that we have 60 days satisfaction guarantee. I called Health craft to get authorization to return them and was completely surprised to hear that I had three days to cancel the order. This is crap and the Health craft sales person was very misleading.
These pans take 10-15 minutes to clean. They do not clean easily. We are not burning food and use a special stainless steel cleaner. The handles on the pans heat up as well.
Beware on HealthCraft sales by rohcbuyer ,Jul 04 '05
Pros: Haven't found any Cons: refer to the main body. difficult to deal with service
Something I will call bait and switch
I purchased a set at the Cleveland Home & Flower Show early this year, I was on a payment plan so I made the final payment and the set shipped. I inventoried the carton and inspected the pots and pans both skillets the handles are difficult to remove and the bait and switch part of it was in the demo I was shown a HelathCraft branded electric "Liquid Core" skillet complete with the matching white with fold trim handles .
Much to my shock a Royal Prestiege unit was in the box. I called the company and was basically called a liar and was told
"they" Health Craft own the Royal Prestiege name and the presenters all used that skillet for over 18 months
It is kind of convienient that the demonstrators collect the catalog at the end of the demo
that and the cooking surface is 9.25 inches not 10 like my bill of sale states . I have called my bank to dispute the card payments and will send letters to the International Exposition center, Ohio AG, and all 3 local news outlets
Pros: Non Cons: Bad service, bad clean up, arrogant sales people, bad on gas stoves.
I recently attended a show at the state fair in N.Y.
The show seemed wonderful but after the show I asked for a website, phone number or catalog to take with me and was told that if I didn't have five minutes to spend letting him give me a price tour that I will never own health craft products. Other reviews have stated that the handles burn and crumble, that it is very bad with use on gas stoves, and that clean up is very difficult. Also others have had trouble with service dealing with the company with any issues. I will never buy a health craft product because I was never so insulted from the arrogant sales associate giving the show. I hope people take this into consideration.
Thank you.

I ruined the handles on a gas stove by suzie-who ,Sep 30 '07
Pros: Only used once, don't know. Cons: Ruined white handles on gas stove.
I am staying with a friend and ruined one of his pans on his gas stove. The white handles turned brown and started crumbling. I figured he got the pans at Walmart or something, and I'd replace it. Come to find out it is a super-expensive pan that is part of a set! What a sucker he is!!!!! (At least I found a place that sells replacement handles!)
