Cons: Slides around if you don't use something under it.

I've recently started doing more of the cooking in my household. The reason is the new knives we've gotten. What's this got to do with this cutting board? It gets far more use than it used to get.

What can be said about a cutting board other than it fits the need. This board is made of polyethylene and won't dull your knives. We've had this board for about 3 years and other than a few knife marks, there's little wear.

The groove helps keep that blood and juice off the counter. And if you need to roll out some dough, just flip it over to the non-grooved side and you get an extra inch or so on each edge.

Now for the negatives. The groove isn't quite deep enough. I've had several occasions where I've had to empty out the groove. The other problem is since it's made of a plastic, it slips on the counter. This is remedied with a pad under the board, or you could just use a couple damp paper towels, but it's still an inconvenience.
